Traveling for food never gets old. That’s one of the reason’s we constantly look towards some of our favorite travel food bloggers like Mark Weins (Migrationology.com) and Erwan Heussaff (thefatkidinside.com / Overnight City Guides).
But you know what makes travel even more rewarding than food? The chance to explore in the company of good people!
We met Sana in Thailand a few years ago and connected immediately. Over the course of our friendship, we found out that she just so happens to also be an award-winning travel guide for Intrepid Travel! Um, excuse me? What are the chances of that?! This stoked that Indian fantasy and we dreamed of one day visiting her home.
As plans for our FAM trip finalized, we reached out to Sana in the hopes that she might be around for a meet up. She did us one better and took it upon herself to be our Indian travel guru. She welcomed us into her Goan getaway, introduced us to some of her amazing friends and colleagues, and through their guidance, we were able to explore beyond our circle of comfort from Vagator to Baga and Arambol.
